I provide person-centered, trauma-informed therapy for adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode. Many of the people I work with are carrying the weight of past experiences, high anxiety, emotional burnout, people-pleasing patterns, or a deep sense of self-doubt. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin healing in a way that feels safe and authentic to you. Therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you reconnect with your inner world, understand your patterns with clarity, and build the emotional tools needed for lasting change.
