Introduction

I am a licensed therapist and retired Air Force veteran with 22 years of service, dedicated to providing thoughtful, compassionate counseling for individuals, couples, and families. My work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. My background in the Air Force helped shape my deep respect for resilience, integrity, and the importance of strong relationships during times of stress and transition. I began my work in counseling with a passion for helping people manage life changes, strengthen connections, and develop practical tools for emotional well-being. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their unique experiences and goals, tailoring each session to support growth, clarity, and lasting change. I offer counseling for individuals seeking personal growth, couples working to improve communication and connection, and families navigating conflict, transitions, or relational strain. My approach is client-centered, respectful, and grounded in evidence-based practices creating a steady space where healing and growth can take root.
