Introduction

Your journey is uniquely yours and I’m honored to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care. In this space, you are safe. You are seen. You are supported. Whether you feel big or small, steady or overwhelmed, your feelings matter and your voice matters. Together, we’ll find your way forward, at your pace, in your way. After more than 20 years as a Clinical Social Worker, one truth continues to inspire me: people are remarkably resilient. Clients often walk in unsure, exhausted, or stuck — and walk out remembering their strength, hope, and capacity for change. Honestly, witnessing that transformation never gets old. It’s one of the greatest privileges of my work. Here’s something I deeply believe: the moment you decide to engage in therapy, the work has already begun. The courage is already there. My role isn’t to “fix” you (you’re not broken). It’s to help you discover and sometimes rediscover, the strengths that have been within you all along. Whether we’re using solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, somatic approaches, or another modality that fits you best, I tailor our work to what motivates and resonates with you. Think of me as your partner in the process; part guide, part collaborator, occasionally the gentle reality-check, and always on your team. Growth can be challenging, meaningful, surprising and yes, sometimes even a little lighter than you expected. We can do deep work and still make room for moments of ease. I truly love this work, and I would be honored to walk this part of your journey with you.
