Hello and welcome. I’m really glad you’re here. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in corporate consulting, insurance, and risk management at firms like Deloitte and AIG. On paper, everything looked successful and high-achieving. But I also know firsthand what it feels like to operate in high-pressure environments while quietly carrying stress, self-doubt, and exhaustion that no one else sees. That lived experience is a big part of why I do this work. Today, I’m trained in EMDR and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and I work with students, professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, creatives, and other high-achievers who are ready for more than just “coping.” Many of my clients are outwardly functioning well — even excelling — but internally feel burned out, stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. My approach blends clinical depth with real-world understanding. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Insurance & Risk Management, which means I understand both the emotional and structural pressures that come with high-performance environments. In our work together, we focus not just on symptom relief, but on building clarity, resilience, and a deeper sense of purpose. I’ve lived and worked in New Jersey, California, and the UK, and I’m proficient in Greek and Spanish. I value cultural awareness and the ways our environments shape how we move through the world. If you’re someone who feels like you “should be fine” but aren’t — you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
