I believe that healing happens in a safe and supportive space, where clients feel truly seen and heard. My therapeutic style is integrative, and rooted in trauma-informed, person-centered care. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges such as neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism), grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I aim to create a collaborative and compassionate space where you feel empowered in your growth and healing. I also recognize that none of us exist in isolation. Each person’s environment, relationships, and larger systems can both support and challenge their well-being. I value ecological systems theory and critical race theory in understanding identity, culture, and systemic factors, and I bring this awareness into the therapy room.
