Life is incredibly hard, and sometimes we need extra help and support. You are here because you recognize that there is something in your life that you want or need to change. That is the first step. If you are experiencing heartbreak, loneliness, loss, or emotional pain, I am here to walk with you in your healing journey. I work with clients who struggle with feeling that they are ‘not enough,’ those who feel disconnected with themselves and others, and those navigating transition stages. Counseling can help facilitate growth and coping skills to help you recognize yourself again. I earned a bachelor’s in Psychology from BYU and performed in the ballet company. I am pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’ve worked with individuals who have Autism and behavioral challenges; I’ve learned to see that issues are not always as they seem. As you approach the root of the problem with curiosity, change can occur. This is a safe place where you can let down your walls and share the most vulnerable parts of yourself. There will be ups and downs as you uncover parts of yourself that need to be heard and validated. My goal is to help you foster connections in your life as well as remind you of the strengths and resilience that you already possess.
