My work centers around teens and young adults who often feel misunderstood, like they’re carrying more than they show, or like their mind doesn’t really slow down. Many are hard on themselves, feel stuck in patterns, or keep ending up in the same dynamics and want something to shift. I work primarily with anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, substance use, identity development, and the pressure of finding direction and motivation. I’m especially drawn to working with LGBTQIA+ clients, particularly around identity and relationships. Alongside individual work, I support parents and families in making sense of what’s going on and how to respond in a way that actually helps, with a focus on improving communication, understanding each other better, and easing tension. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I’ll meet you where you are while helping you gain clarity, understand patterns more deeply, and create changes that actually show up in your day-to-day life.
