Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve been stuck in survival mode for a long time. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you don’t have to perform or explain everything perfectly to be understood. I support adults, college students, and couples working through anxiety, trauma, identity-related stress, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in relational and somatic practices, with deep respect for the ways culture, history, and lived experience shape us. I came into this work through my own experiences with healing, and I understand how hard it can be to ask for support—especially when you've had to be strong for so long. I'm not here to fix you or rush your process. I’m here to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel less alone as you figure out what healing looks like for you.
