Introduction

Sreya provides evidence-based trauma therapy with a focus on clear goals, measurable progress, and practical change. She specializes in working with trauma survivors and uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills, and Internal Family Systems-informed therapy to help clients process painful experiences and build skills for everyday life. Her approach is structured and collaborative. Together, you will identify what you want to work toward, track progress over time, and adjust treatment based on what is effective for your goals. Clients work toward being able to stay present, regulate distress, make wise choices, relate more securely, and live with greater meaning. Sreya’s work is grounded in the balance of acceptance and change: honoring where clients are while building the skills needed to move forward. Successful therapy means clients are building the stability, skills, and self-trust needed to move through life with greater peace and confidence.
