I work with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds, supporting them through grief, trauma, and relational challenges using psychodynamic and person-centered approaches. I also provide therapy for individuals navigating mood, personality, and depressive disorders, integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness-based techniques to foster self-empowerment and symptom management. In addition to individual therapy, I also work with couples and families to strengthen communication and resolve conflict, utilizing evidence-based strategies grounded in the Gottman Method.
