Providers: - Shannon Brice, MSW, LCSW Shannon's goal is to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients in a safe, welcoming and supportive space for all. She enjoys working with children (12+), adults and couples. Shannon uses a strengths-based, person-centered, collaborative and integrative approach to therapy, with a focus on meeting clients where they are, and developing goals that are unique to their mental health needs. Shannon has experience helping individuals affected by trauma, depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief/loss, relationship challenges and women's issues. - Stephanie Wilson, MS, LPC Stephanie is deeply committed to providing a comfortable, empathetic, and supportive space where individuals can be themselves. She meets each person where they are at, honoring their unique experiences and needs. Stephanie has training and experience in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief/loss, stress management, parenting concerns, low self-esteem, trauma, and various life transitions. Stephanie works with adults and children aged 12 years+. Stephanie is trained in evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). - Hannah Schmidt, MA, LMFT Hannah is passionate about helping people address challenges related to anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, ADHD, and relationship conflicts and are motivated to improve their relationships, develop coping skills, and heal past trauma. You can expect her to listen carefully to your concerns and goals and tailor my approach to fit your individual needs. She balances empathy and compassion with feedback and skill-building so that you feel safe and supported while gaining necessary tools and awareness to make progress toward your goals. Hannah's Christian faith is at the heart of her work, and she can incorporate this perspective upon request. - Joy Solano, MA, LPC/LPCC, NCC Joy's goal is to develop meaningful connection to help you find your way forward, however that uniquely looks for you. She utilizes an eclectic palate of therapeutic interventions to help children, teens, and adults meet their goals in relieving symptoms that may be causing emotional distress in their life. Joy has training and experience in treating PTSD, depression, anxiety, military service members and veterans, bereavement, child/infant loss, suicide loss, women's issues, and religious trauma recovery. Joy is trained in evidence-based trauma-informed psychotherapy treatment modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
