Introduction

I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) who brings kindness, calm, and directness to the therapy room. I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan—from young adults through elders—addressing everything from anxiety and depression to trauma, relationship struggles, addiction, and life transitions like pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, grief, and divorce. I'm especially drawn to helping people navigate perfectionism, burnout, and attachment patterns that may be holding them back. My approach weaves together Family and Marital Therapy, Emotionally Focused work, Psychodynamic and Attachment-Based perspectives, Gestalt Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Focused techniques—tailored to what you need. I create a welcoming space where you can be heard without judgment, while offering the clarity and direction that helps you move forward. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.
