Introduction

With over two decades of experience in behavioral health, mental health, and substance use treatment, I have dedicated my career to walking alongside adults and couples during some of life's most challenging moments. My journey began working directly with youth and adults in residential and community settings, and has grown to include clinical therapy, program management, and clinical leadership — giving me a uniquely well-rounded perspective on the full spectrum of care. I hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Central Connecticut State University and am a licensed Marital and Family Therapist in the state of Connecticut. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with people facing a wide range of challenges, including substance use and recovery, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I draw from evidence-based models while staying flexible and creative, because no two people's stories are the same and your care should reflect that. My approach is warm, collaborative, and completely tailored to you — I am here to help you find what truly works. At the heart of everything I do is a genuine passion for helping people heal and grow. I lead with empathy and compassion in every session, and I am committed to creating a space where you feel safe, seen, heard, and never judged — no matter where you are in your journey. I wholeheartedly welcome clients of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. Whether you are taking your very first step toward change or simply ready for something to feel different, you do not have to figure it out alone. I would love to support you.
