As I explored the psychological principles behind healing and found a sense of peace for myself, I became inspired to help others discover that same sense of calm and resilience. With over 20 years of experience analyzing complex problems and finding solutions in the business world, I bring both an analytical mindset and a deep sense of empathy to my work as a therapist. Returning to school to earn my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Golden Gate University allowed me to combine these strengths to support individuals and families in meaningful ways. My work began in community settings, where I supported individuals and couples through a non-profit and helped adolescents navigate challenges through school-based counseling. I am a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #20931). I am employed by and under the supervision of Amy Sargent, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #47022). I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and California Association of Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (CALPCC).
