Introduction

Life can be overwhelming, especially if you’ve felt like an outsider, battled anxiety or depression, or struggled to find spaces that truly feel safe. I specialize in supporting neurodiverse, highly sensitive, and LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those exploring identity, relationships, and healing from societal rejection. My approach is rooted in strength-based, energy-informed therapy that honors both emotional depth and nervous system regulation. As a neurospicy, open-minded, queer- and kink-affirming therapist, I strive to create a space where authenticity is welcomed and healing feels possible. However you choose to reach out (phone, text, or email) I’ll meet you there.
