I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Perinatal Mental Health provider specializing in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, anxiety, trauma, and major identity transitions. My work is especially focused on helping women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, stuck in survival mode, or impacted by difficult pregnancy, birth, postpartum, experiences. I also work with mothers navigating grief, intrusive thoughts, relationship changes, and the complicated emotional shifts that can come with becoming a parent. My approach is warm, direct, and human. I integrate EMDR, parts work, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and practical tools to help clients understand what they’re experiencing, feel safer in their bodies, and rebuild trust in themselves. I offer both in-person therapy in Boca Raton, Florida and telehealth for clients located in states where I am licensed (TX, MA, and VT). My goal is to create a space where you do not have to minimize what you’re feeling, have it all figured out, or pretend motherhood is supposed to feel one particular way.
