My passion is to support individuals of all ages through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, attachment and parenting. Therapy creates a healing space to recognize unhelpful patterns, process difficult emotions, release painful self-beliefs, and better understand yourself—so you can move forward with more clarity and confidence.
