Introduction

As a queer and polyamorous therapist, I understand how powerful it can be to work with someone who respects and affirms the complexity of your identity and relationships. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling exhausted from having to explain their identity, their relationship structure, or the complexity of their experiences. My practice is a space where LGBTQ+ folks and people practicing nonmonogamous relationships – including polyamory, open relationships, and other forms of ethical non-monogamy (ENM) – can show up fully as themselves. I work with adults who are healing from relational trauma and who find themselves struggling with anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, or relationship patterns that no longer feel aligned. Together, we explore how past experiences have shaped the ways you relate to yourself and others, while building tools for boundaries, self-trust, and more authentic connection. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and deeply respectful of your autonomy. Sessions tend to feel conversational, reflective, and supportive. You deserve a space where your identity and relationships are respected rather than questioned. If you’re looking for affirming, compassionate support, I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation.
