I work with people who are looking to address the pain in life, whether that is coming from someone or something outside of you, or if that pain is resulting from a difficult relationship with yourself. Whatever it is: depression, crippling anxiety or feelings of hopelessness, you don’t have to be in this alone. I also work with older teens and young adults navigating life’s big questions and decisions, especially as you navigate our rapidly changing world and life after lock down. I approach therapy as a relationship that has the potential to name difficult and self-destructive patterns in which you may find yourself. I do this with active listening, reflection, and mindfulness to foster a new and healing relationship with yourself and others. Asking for help is one of the hardest things to do.
