Introduction

“Follow your heart and take your brain with you” is a mantra I live by. I believe in balance, connectivity and authenticity. My clinical style and approach is uniquely tailored to individual, families and partner(s) with the goal of ensuring those I strive to serve are getting their needs met. In therapy with me your humanness is welcomed and embraced! I’m trained and qualified to treat complex trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, non-suicidal self-injury and suicidality. I use an integrated approach of Attachment Based Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, somatic memory reconsolidation and Internal Family Systems with a deep emphasis on compassion bringing alongside a neurological lens and behavioral techniques from ACT, DBT, RO-DBT and CBT. The approach I use allows us to get at the root of issues while nurturing growth to move forward confidently, efficiently and effectively.
