In therapy, I bring encouragement, strength, and even a little humor to provide both compassion and the challenge needed for growth. My goal is for you to feel empowered, confident, and supported. I want to help you reconnect with the inner strength and tools you’ve always had but may have set aside while caring for everyone else. You are already enough.
