If you've spent years managing your trauma instead of resolving it, you might be ready for something different. I work with adults who are ready to do deep trauma work; people who have built enough of a foundation in their lives to turn toward what happened to them, rather than away from it. I specialize in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy for complex trauma. These aren't talk-therapy-lite approaches. They're evidence-based methods that get to the root of what happened to you, not just the symptoms it left behind. I work best with clients who are curious about themselves, willing to go to uncomfortable places, and ready to resolve their trauma symptoms. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, and I bring both professional expertise and genuine understanding to that experience. I don't do indefinite supportive therapy. I do focused, goal-oriented trauma work with a clear arc from where you are to where you want to be. What you can expect from me: Warmth, humor, and a therapist who will actively guide you through the process rather than simply follow your lead. Trauma work requires direction, and I bring that alongside genuine care for the person doing the hard work.
