Introduction

Hi, I'm Stacy Cannavino, LCSW, C-DBT. I specialize in supporting teens and adults in Pennsylvania and New York, and very soon New Jersey, who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, emotional issues, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. I became a therapist because I have always believed people deserve a safe and grounded space where they can be heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I am certified in DBT, but I use a variety of other modalities blended with DBT such as trauma-informed care, CBT, and Psychodynamic Therapy. My approach is to help you build emotional clarity, strengthen coping skills, and create real and lasting change within your life and in your relationships. My goal is to help you feel empowered, regulated, and confident as you move forward.
