Introduction

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience, I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s transitions with greater clarity, balance, and emotional wellbeing. I take a collaborative approach to therapy and believe in meeting people where they are, whether they are struggling with anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, stress, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands and changes of life. I work with adults across different stages of life, including individuals in midlife facing transitions related to family, career, loss, identity, or changing relationships, as well as young adults navigating early career and relationship challenges. Whether you are adjusting to a new phase of life, coping with uncertainty, or trying to create healthier patterns and connections, therapy can provide support, perspective, and a path forward. I bring a unique background that includes specialization in both workplace services and marital/family therapy, along with many years in a corporate leadership role. This experience gives me deeper insight into the pressures many clients face as they try to balance professional responsibilities, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful relationships. I understand how interconnected our work lives, personal lives, and emotional health can be, and I am committed to helping clients create healthier, more fulfilling lives.
