I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship strain, identity, emotional overwhelm, and self-worth. I focus on the roots of things, not just the symptoms. I am trained in EMDR and also use cognitive and mindfulness-based approaches depending on what resonates with you. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. We find what feels real and useful. My style is warm and collaborative. I ask questions, offer perspective, and help you build insight without pressure to perform or pretend.
