Stacy Hinton

Mental Health Counselor Progressive Empowerment Therapy
Specialties: Trauma, PTSD, Grief, LGBTQIA+

Introduction

Let’s be real: healing is hard as hell—especially in a world that was never built for your safety or sanity. Trauma shows up everywhere—your body, your relationships, your sense of self. I’m Stacy (she/her) and I’m not your “mhmm... and how does that make you feel?” kind of therapist. I'm a human-first, therapist-second type who brings real talk, fierce compassion, and zero judgment to every session. My approach is heart-centered, rooted in empowerment, and unapologetically aware of the social and systemic BS we’re all up against. Also? Ya girl has ADHD to the max. Our work might zigzag—but we’ll 100% get shit done.
