Introduction

Hey, I’m Stacy! I’m not your “mmhmm… and how does that make you feel?” kind of therapist. I’m a therapist, but I’m also a person—and I’m not going to pretend otherwise. I bring real talk, fierce compassion, humor, and zero judgment into the room, because I want you to feel like you can do the same. I believe therapy works best when you don’t have to perform for the person sitting across from you. You can show up messy, overwhelmed, sarcastic, emotional, confused, or completely unsure where to start. We’ll figure it out together. Most of my clients can explain their own patterns better than anyone and still feel stuck in them. My job isn’t just to help you understand why you do what you do. It’s to help you move through what’s stuck, so what you already understand can finally shift—and you can trust yourself, take up space, and feel more like yourself. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, IFS-informed EMDR, and practical, real-life support. I work with trauma in all its forms, along with anxiety, grief, and ADHD. I’m also deeply aware that none of us exist outside the systems, relationships, and experiences that shape us. We’ll hold all of that with compassion while still getting things done. Also? Ya girl has ADHD to the max. So yes, our work might zigzag—but we’ll absolutely keep moving. I’m not here to make you into some perfectly polished version of yourself. I’m here to help you come home to yourself.
