Introduction

Hi, I am Stacy Johnson, LCSW, founder and CEO of Relief Sigh Inc. I believe healing happens when people feel seen, supported and connected. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative and grounded in the understanding that life's challenges do not have to be faced alone. With over 10 years of experience in mental health, child welfare, and family support services; I work with children, Adolescence, adult, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and stress related to family and community systems. I also have specialized experience supporting individuals and families who are currently involved in or have previously been involved with the child welfare system. My therapeutic style combines evidence-based practices with a person-centered approach that honors each individual's strengths, culture, and lived experiences. Together, we can identify barriers, build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and work towards meaningful, lasting change. At Relief Sigh, our philosophy is simple: healing begins with belonging. Whether You are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, we strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you can feel heard, empowered, and supported on your journey. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to do it alone. We look forward to partnering with you as you work towards growth, healing, and hope.
