Introduction

A Relational Approach to Restorative Healing I am a trauma-informed mental health clinician dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s most challenging moments with courage, clarity, and compassion. Practicing in Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern, I bring a deeply relational approach to therapy—one that honors your unique story while fostering accountability and growth. Under the supervision of Dr. Lisa Powell, LMFT-S, LPC-S, LCDC-I, I work with clients across the lifespan, with a specialized focus on sexual trauma, domestic violence, substance use, depression, and anxiety. My work blends clinical rigor with deep empathy, offering you the tools to reclaim your story and build a life rooted in authenticity. Commitment to Accessible Care At the heart of my practice is the belief that financial barriers should never stand in the way of healing. Through Brain & Heart Healing, PLLC, I offer a robust sliding-scale program based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Whether you are uninsured, underinsured, or facing financial hardship, we provide tiered assistance—ranging from nominal session fees to significant discounts—to ensure you receive the support you deserve.
