About Me Hi, I'm Stacy. I am a therapist with a passion for helping others, whether that means helping to problem solve day to day issues, relationship issues, addictions, grief, trauma and more. I believe there is no one size fits all when it comes to therapy. I understand the many obstacles we face as simply existing in our world as human beings. At some point in time in our lives whether as children or as an adult we will find ourselves needing support. My approach to therapy is client centered and focuses on the individualized need of each person. I have found the use of mindfulness practices extremely effective in addressing an array of issues. I enjoy teaching mindfulness practices because it allows us to learn how to appreciate our lives more on a day-to-day basis as opposed to seeking a destination of happiness or accomplishment. I believe our lives are most meaningful and satisfying when we can learn how to find meaning and gratitude in the simplest form.
