Introduction

I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, a social justice lens, and evidence-based care. I believe that healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and accepted, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. As a first-generation Salvadoreña raised in South Central Los Angeles, I understand the unique pressures that can come with balancing family expectations, cultural identity, generational experiences, and the demands of everyday life. My goal is to provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapy that honors your story, desde la raiz, while helping you build the skills and confidence to move forward. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, stress, and substance use concerns. My approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, and other evidence-based practices to meet your unique needs. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, struggling to manage emotions, or simply looking to better understand yourself, therapy can be a place to reconnect with your strengths and create meaningful, lasting change. You don't have to navigate it alone. I also provide comprehensive, trauma-informed psychological evaluations in English and Spanish to support immigration cases, including: Asylum Extreme Hardship (I-601/I-601A) VAWA U Visa T Visa Each evaluation is conducted with compassion, cultural humility, and attention to the unique experiences that have shaped your journey. My goal is to create a thorough, professional evaluation that accurately reflects your story and supports your legal case.
