Introduction

State of Mind Therapy is a specialty anxiety and OCD practice that treats OCD, panic attacks, agoraphobia, social anxiety, health anxiety, emetophobia, fear of flying, and generalized anxiety. Many of our clients feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, intrusive thoughts, reassurance seeking, and avoidance. Our clients want to feel more present in their lives instead of constantly consumed by "what if" thoughts. Over time, anxiety and OCD can shrink your world and limit your freedom. Our team helps clients break these patterns, build confidence in their ability to handle uncertainty, and get back to living life on their terms. We provide evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders, OCD, panic disorder, and phobias using ERP, CBT, ACT, and ICBT. Our practice is also known for helping individuals overcome fear of flying through specialized therapy, our Fear of Flying Workshop at MSP Airport, and virtual reality exposure therapy for select concerns. If you've already tried talking about anxiety but still feel stuck, you're not alone. Many of our clients come to us looking for a more specialized and structured approach to anxiety and OCD treatment. With the right support and tools, meaningful change is possible. We're here to help you take the next step toward greater freedom and confidence.
