I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping adults, ages18+, achieve greater emotional balance through personalized medication management and supportive therapy. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for a change, I offer a welcoming space designed to help you regain control and feel more like yourself. I entered psychiatry to provide an authentic, judgement free space to those who feel unheard or misunderstood. My goal is to deliver meaningful care that empowers you to move forward with clarity and renewed purpose on your terms. With a strong background as an emergency room nurse and paramedic, I bring specialized insight into the unique challenges faced by first responders and caregivers navigating burnout, various trauma, and the nonstop pressure to stay strong. ⌁Located on Eastlake Avenue our building offers a quiet, comfortable space with validated parking in the garage or external parking lot. ⌁Weekend appointments !!! Improved access to care for adults with busy lives! *Note* At the moment I am taking self pay clients, and can provide a superbill to those who would like to submit to insurance. I will be in network with multiple insurances in approximately 2 months.
