Hi, I’m Stefania. I specialize in helping people navigate the long-term effects of trauma, growing up in emotionally distant homes, OCD, as well as the unique pain of ambiguous grief and loss. I keep things down-to-earth and real. Therapy shouldn't feel like a sterile clinical experience. Expect a space where you can be yourself, dark humor and cussing included. Choosing a therapist is a huge deal, so take your time.
