Hi! I’m Stefania. I specialize in helping individuals heal from the lasting impact of acute and chronic trauma, as well as parental emotional neglect. When our early foundations are fractured, it’s common to struggle with anxiety, feelings of worthlessness, or a difficult relationship with yourself and others. I provide a dedicated space to process these disempowering experiences and move toward a life where you feel whole and capable again. You don't have to navigate the weight of these memories in isolation. My practice is built on a compassionate, non-judgmental partnership. By creating this safe space, we can together explore the parts of your inner world—the protectors and the pain—to bring them into balance. This supportive connection serves as the steady foundation needed to repair trauma, reconcile attachment ruptures, and foster self-trust. Finding the right therapist is deeply personal work.
