If you feel caught in an exhausting tug-of-war with your mind—overwhelmed by anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or a major life shift—you don't have to carry it alone. Spend enough energy pushing away difficult feelings just to get through the day, and it's easy to feel disconnected from what genuinely matters to you. Whether you are navigating OCD, working through past trauma, exploring your gender or sexual orientation, or seeking an affirming space to step into your authentic self, feeling overwhelmed is completely valid. You don’t need to have everything figured out before stepping into the room. My decision to become a therapist stems from the profound privilege of walking alongside people as they take meaningful steps toward what matters most. I have seen how evidence-based care helps transform a person's relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions, especially when anchored in an empathetic, genuine, and nonjudgmental relationship. Described by clients as curious, collaborative, and warm, I aim to create a grounded atmosphere where we work as equal partners, shaping tailored goals that empower you to show up fully as yourself. My clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Rather than just managing isolated symptoms, I focus on transdiagnostic processes of change, such as psychological flexibility.
