Introduction

My counseling journey began over a decade ago in Minnesota supporting individuals and families affected by addiction and co-occurring mental health concerns. Now growing my practice in Washington, I bring specialized training in addiction, trauma, and grief counseling with teens and adults. Using approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness we will focus on building insight, balance and resilience. For trauma recovery, I integrate IFS and somatic therapy to help you reconnect with safety and trust.
