Introduction

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially if you've spent years living with trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, or difficult relationships. You may feel stuck, exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or simply know that something needs to change. Whatever brings you here, you don't have to figure it out alone. I specialize in helping adults heal from complex and childhood trauma, attachment wounds, addiction, codependency, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with advanced training in somatic therapy, I understand that trauma affects both the mind and body. Healing begins in a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and explore the patterns that have shaped your life. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and direct. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and 12-Step principles when appropriate. I believe you already have the capacity for healing. Together, we'll identify the patterns that once helped you survive, understand how they're affecting your life today, and develop healthier ways of coping that align with the life you want to live. In our work together, you'll have space to explore difficult emotions, better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and develop practical skills you can use outside of therapy. My role isn't to "fix" you—it's to help you reconnect with the strengths that are already there so you can move toward the life you want. Choosing a therapist is an important decision, and finding someone who feels like the right fit can make all the difference. Before scheduling an intake, I ask all prospective clients to complete a brief 15-minute consultation. This gives us an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy, answer your questions, and determine whether we're a good fit for working together. If you think we might be a good fit, I'd love to connect. You can email, call, or text me to schedule your consultation, or simply click the "Request an Appointment" button to get started.
