I'm a proud mother of two miracles and an Army wife. My Christian faith and my passion for integrative healing are at the heart of my practice. I believe lasting healing involves the whole person—mind, body, emotions, and spirit. It is my privilege to walk alongside clients as they discover their authentic selves, restore a sense of safety, strengthen resilience, cultivate self-compassion, deepen their faith, and create meaningful, lasting change. Through mindfulness, empowerment, and nervous system-informed practices, I help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and confidence as they move toward the life they desire. I provide individual telehealth psychotherapy for adults throughout Virginia, Tennessee, and Georgia, specializing in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, nervous system dysregulation, narcissistic abuse recovery, and military-related issues affecting active-duty service members, veterans, first responders, and their families. My practice also integrates support for emotional regulation, shadow work, mind-body healing, and spiritual growth through a personalized, whole-person approach. My therapeutic style is faith and spiritually centered, trauma-informed, and integrative, combining evidence-based psychotherapy with somatic, mindfulness-based, and nervous system-informed interventions tailored to each client's unique needs. Depending on your goals, treatment may incorporate Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Polyvagal-informed therapy, somatic therapy, Jungian and archetype-informed approaches, mindfulness, and other integrative wellness practices to support healing on multiple levels. In addition to being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am an ACEP Certified Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Practitioner and a Certified Advanced Integrative Energy Therapy® (IET) Practitioner. I am passionate about helping clients understand how trauma affects both the brain and the body, empowering them with practical tools to regulate their nervous systems, process difficult experiences, and move beyond survival toward greater peace, connection, and wholeness.
