My goal is to help you feel more confident and capable both in and outside of the therapy room. You might also get to meet my sweet dog Luna, who’s available to join sessions upon request. I specialize in EMDR. I also utilize CBT and parts work (IFS). I often work with teens and adults facing issues like trauma, burnout, self doubt, depression, anxiety, faith crisis, infidelity, chronic illness, and grief.
