Introduction

I believe that authenticity and honesty are the foundation of healing. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I work with individuals and couples across the lifespan—from young adults navigating early adulthood to elders reflecting on their lives—to address anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Whether you're processing past abuse, managing a mental health condition like bipolar disorder or PTSD, rebuilding after divorce, strengthening your partnership, or simply feeling overwhelmed by burnout or low self-worth, I'm here to meet you where you are. I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), and trauma-focused CBT to help you develop practical coping skills and deeper understanding. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe being fully yourself. I offer telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends and am currently accepting new clients.
