I will help you learn and implement tools and skills to improve your quality of life. I meet folks with patience and a unique understanding which allows for a safe and inviting place to share thoughts and feelings which interfere with one’s well-being. I will collaborate with you to tailor a treatment plan based on your individualized goals. I work with folks who have anxiety disorders (Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Social Anxiety, etc.), depression, self-esteem, stress management, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I come from a strengths based approach and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), and Mindfulness based techniques.
