Introduction

Starting therapy for the first time or re-initiating therapy after a break can be intimidating. Whether you are seeking support during a difficult period of your life, healing after a traumatic event or loss, processing unresolved trauma, or deeper self-knowledge: therapy involves developing a trusting, collaborative relationship to collaboratively identify your strengths and foster a greater sense of self-awareness and self healing. Approach to therapy is supportive and inclusive. Interventions are compassionate rather than corrective. I am committed to providing quality mental health services by designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that are trauma-informed including acceptance and commitment therapy, CBT, DBT and focused on interpersonal dynamics. I invite you to contact me via phone or email. I would love to hear about your needs and what you are hoping for. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I strive to tailor each treatment to each unique individual. Give me a call for a complimentary consultation and determine if I am the right therapist for you.
