Hi! My name is Stephanie—I'm glad you're here. I am passionate about supporting adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, and depression. My clients are the ones who say "Logically I know this, but I just cant stop feeling it". Self-awareness is a great first step to beginning our journey of healing, growth, and self-attunement. I believe we all intuitively want this for ourselves — we just don't always know how or where to start with untangling the messy web of memories, experiences, and fears to get there. My approach combines practical tools to help you get short-term relief by changing how you relate to your thoughts and emotions, alongside deeper attachment-focused work that supports lasting change over time.
