In therapy, I treat children, teens, and adults with anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. I often work with those who struggle to regulate their emotions, are easily overwhelmed, or find that perfectionism and self-criticism gets in the way of their well-being. I'm also trained in CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I) and can treat sleep issues. My psychological assessment work is aimed at people seeking to clarify diagnoses, inform academic/occupational accommodations, identify cognitive strengths and growth areas, and illuminate social-emotional functioning.
