Introduction

I work with teens and adults who may look like they’re holding it together on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. As a psychotherapist, coach, and certified hypnotherapist, I help clients move beyond insight alone and begin shifting the patterns that keep them looping in anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or old survival responses. My approach is warm, grounded, and direct, blending practical support with deeper work that helps change happen at the root. Whether you’re navigating stress, transitions, identity shifts, or patterns that no longer fit, therapy can be a space to reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity and alignment.
