Introduction

Numa was birthed from the Greek word, pneuma, meaning breathe. Often, we find ourselves unable to breathe fully, easily, taking life in in all its colors. We get sidetracked by distractions and obstacles that we intentionally, or sometimes unknowingly, have allowed on our path. My goal for my clients is to help them find a way to identify and minimize or eliminate the obstacles to living life fully. Using individualized methods, I work with each client to identify the root causes, core beliefs, patterns and thought processes that have become unproductive and unhelpful, and work to change the patterns. Although growth is not always easy, the journey is worth it. I aim to walk alongside each client as they align with their authentic selves, heal, and live life on purpose. With the ability to breathe again.
