I specialize in helping people work through trauma, grief, and abuse in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Many of my clients are veterans, first responders, and helping professionals. I also support loved ones and caregivers who feel the ripple effects of trauma in their own lives. I believe you are the expert of your own experience, and I’ll meet you exactly where you are on your journey. I don’t bring an agenda to our sessions—just compassion, curiosity, and support.
