Introduction

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming when you’re trying to hold everything together but are still feeling lost, numb, or unsure of what you’re feeling. I offer individual, couple, and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or life transitions who seek to deepen self-understanding and restore a sense of peace, balance, and connection. Together, we will create a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore emotions, build coping skills, improve relationships, and reconnect with your authentic self through mindfulness, compassion, and evidence-based care. I believe healing begins with feeling truly seen and understood. My approach is integrative and pulled from therapy modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and play, shaped around each person’s unique story and needs. Together, we’ll draw from effective methods to nurture healing, deepen understanding, and create lasting emotional balance and growth. Reaching out for support takes courage, and it’s often the first step toward meaningful change. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you begin your journey toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and a life that feels more grounded, peaceful, and authentic.
