The empty chair represents a space, always open for you to come work through the deep things of life, weigh through grief and explore big dreams and big feelings. The empty chair is a safe space to be, to heal and to become. I enjoy learning about my clients and working with them to achieve their goals. Getting to know my clients and each person's unique background is both enjoyable and rewarding. I believe people have the ability to change, grow and overcome. It is an honor to be a part of the process. I grew up in Minnesota and graduated with my master's degree in counseling (clinical mental health) from Northern State University, Aberdeen, SD in May 2016. Since then I have worked in community practice before opening my private practice in 2022.
