Introduction

Hi, I'm Stephanie Frost, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, supervised by Bryan Jason Brown, LPC-S. I am passionate about helping people overcome challenges, build resilience, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives. I work with children ages 9 and older, adolescents, and adults who are navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and relationship challenges. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, and develop healthy coping strategies that promote personal growth and emotional well-being. I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership built on trust, compassion, and authenticity. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your existing abilities, and develop practical tools to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity. Before becoming a counselor, I spent many years working in healthcare. I later made the decision to return to school and completely change careers, an experience that deepened my understanding of life transitions, uncertainty, and personal growth. I have been married since 1997 and am the proud mother of two adult daughters. These life experiences have shaped my appreciation for resilience, relationships, and the challenges people face at different stages of life. Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you do not have to face it alone. Whether you are struggling with daily stress, adjusting to a major life transition, or working through emotional difficulties that have persisted over time, I am committed to supporting you on your journey toward healing and a more balanced life.
